1. Front photo (and photo for the back if desired)
2. Name (as wanted printed on card)

White envelopes are included with your purchase, colored envelopes are available upon request.

You will receive a digital proof of your card within 48 hours after sending the required information. 

Once approved, your cards will be ready for pick up/shipping within one week of your purchase.
